Job Cards
Imagine, all your Job Cards conveniently filed in the one place!
Using the Axia Business Plus Job Card you may record for each job, your
client details, time and materials used, including their costs and quantities,
and any work instructions. Information recorded on the Job Card can be
readily used to produce an invoice. Job Costs can be tracked against the
Quoted Price and measured against Invoiced Amount(s) showing your overall
profitability for this job.
Estimates
For detailed estimating on jobs where margins are tight and mistakes
are costly.
A spreadsheet of pricebook, assembly, quoted and miscellaneous items showing
quantity, hours, cost and profit margin. "What If" analysis can
be easily performed by simply varying material, labour charges and/or margins
and watching the result be automatically calculated.
A full bill of quantities can be printed and automatically loaded into the
quotes facility.
Quotes
An extremely convenient facility to quickly and efficiently estimate job
costs and establish the quoted price.
Quotes may be prepared based on your cost price, retail price, builders price
or special clients price as defined in your pricebook. Just as importantly,
at the press of a button, standard letters may be incorporated to present high
quality documentation to the client showing whatever detail you have specified.
Pricebooks
Determine your prices for all your materials and labour rates.
Job cards, quotes and invoices use your pricebook as the basis for all
your prices on materials and labour. Pricebook items are entered at trade prices
from which your cost price and retail price are determined using the appropriate
discount, sales tax and markup percentage factors. A labour unit of time to
install this item can also be defined when applicable. Special prices may be
set-up for each client classification or, more specifically, nominated clients
may have their own special prices. Cost prices may also be defined for a range
of suppliers, including their discount structures to enable comparative pricing,
so, when estimating for example, you can automatically obtain the cheapest price.

Assembly

Monthly Statements
Ideal for business people who are not accountants or even bookkeepers.
You may age your clients invoices and print monthly statements for clients
at any time for any period. Statements are totally open item. The balance brought
forward is calculated each time based on unpaid invoices not the closing balance
from the previous month. Statements can be promptly sent out to your debtors
showing exactly what is owed. Without the fuss and hassles of making journal
adjustments or issuing credit notes, unless you wish to!
Suppliers
Know exactly when and what you owe your suppliers.
Your current account balance for each supplier will be updated by Axia Business
