Service Agreements
A programmed schedule for each maintenance contract! I would like to see that.
Create an agreement for each maintenance contract with a periodic schedule of work. Maintenance periods can be automatically generated for daily, weekly, fortnightly, four weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual schedules . Additionally, a pre-set sequence of dates can be scheduled for irregular maintenance work. Time, equipment and service costs can be recorded. Service agreements can be referenced to Axia Business Plus 2000 jobs to enable accurate costing comparisons.

Worksheets
Maintenance worksheets can be automatically generated and printed on a daily basis.
Worksheets, detailing the equipment, type of service, time allowed and client/job address, can be printed according to your choice of its schedule date, location and client. If work is carried out in addition to the scheduled maintenance, these details can be recorded on the worksheet prior to and ready for invoicing.

Save hours of repetitive invoicing...let Axia Periodic Maintenance do the work!
Invoices are automatically generated and printed from worksheets and posted to Axia Business Plus 2000 Client/Debtor invoices. References to periodic maintenance agreement, contract numbers, worksheet numbers, type of service and equipment serviced can be included on the invoice.
