Stock
Ever wish you knew where and how many you have of a particular item?
The quantity of each stock item in various locations are tracked and automatically
updated by deliveries or decremented by stock movements, invoicing or
job card entries. Re-order levels and quantities can be set and used to
generate automatic re-ordering when the quantity falls below the re-order
level.
Purchase Orders
Know your committed and forecast job costs at the time of ordering
not when the bill arrives!
Purchase orders can be produced with items committed to multiple jobs
or stock locations. A summary or detailed listing of undelivered items
ordered for a job is always available.
Deliveries
Waiting on parts? Keep track of items on back order!
When an order is delivered the quantity of items received can be posted
to stock or jobs as appropriate. Items not delivered or under-supplied
can also be recorded as a back order. The system will also generate a
warning when the delivered cost is different to the ordered cost for an
item.
Supplier Invoices
Ensure you only pay for what has been ordered and delivered
Invoices from your suppliers can be referenced back to an order number and/or
delivery docket thereby ensuring that any discrepancies between ordered,
delivered and invoiced quantities and costs can be highlighted by the system.
